The War in Kosovo

In March 24, 1999 NATO's forces began a military operation against Yugoslavia. In accordance with medieval astrological rules, the Ascendant signifies part that has begun a war. So, NATO is represented by the first house and by its lady (Venus), NATO's soldiers are represented by the second house and by its lord (Mars).
Yugoslavia was encircled, it was a blockade, it was like a castle sieging; the air strikes was like a using of catapults at a castle sieging; and the ultimate aim of that operation was to occupy several territory, like to take up a castle (a part of a castle, at last); therefore I was considering it as a castle sieging.
And then Yugoslavia is represented by the fourth house. Saturn is the lord of the fourth and signifies Miloshevich as the governour of the castle. Saturn is in the seventh, the house of the NATO's open enemies. He is peregrine and in the fixed sign, and Miloshevich has not power enough to withstand a siege, but he is very stubborn. Saturn beholds the fourth in square, and Miloshevich brought many troubles to Serbians being the NATO's enemy.
Yugoslavian army is signifyed by the fifth house and by its lord (Jupiter). Jupiter is not beholding Venus and Mars, perhaps it signifies that armies was not in close contact. There is Mercury in the fifth house, and he is very infortune for Yugoslavia, because he is retrograde, in his fall, in his detriment and he is the lord of sixth and eight houses from the fourth house.
There is infortune (Mars) in the Ascendant, and this infortune is retrograde; it signifies some weakness of NATO, and that NATO cannot win so shortly. The Venus is going away from Saturn (the lord of the fourth house and significator of Miloshevich), it signifies that NATO could not do much harm to Miloshevich by this operation.
Mars is in the terms of Jupiter, it signifies that NATO's army is, as it were, in Serbian's hand. But Jupiter is in the house of Mars, and Serbian army is in NATO's hand, too. Perhaps it signifies that these armies was very dependent on each other: NATO's army could not start surface operation, ans Serbians cold not defence themselves from NATO's aircraft strikes.
The Jupiter is in his own triplicity, but he is in the sixth house and he is the lord of the twelfth house of form the fourth house. Perhaps it signifies that Yugoslavian army is brave (Jupiter is in Aries), but this army could not stand up to the enemy, because Serbians had not proper anti-aircraft defence and their army could not fight (twelfth house). Although Mars is retrograde, he in his own sign, he is in his own triplicity, he is in the angle; and the Venus is very strong. Significators of NATO and NATO's army are stronger than significators of Yugoslavia and Yugoslavian army, and NATO should be the winner.
There is South Node in the fourth house. And Lilly sayth: "If South Node be in the fourth, it [castle] will be taken, and there will be some goe about to betray or deliver it, or some principall Work or Fort therein; the Signe shewes which part of the Towne; nor doth the Governour think himself able to preserve it" ('Christian Astrology', p. 379). It seems to me accurate enough. The castle (its part) is occupied; Albanians was assisting to NATO; Miloshevich didn't think himself able to preserve Kosovo.
