The Putin’s Meteoric Rise

At morning of 9-th of August 1999 was announced about the resignation of Stepashin and about puting Putin forward to his place. This very day at 12:45 (GMT = 8h45m) state TV and radio broadcast Yeltsin's declaration, in which he declared that would like to see Putin as the successor in the rank of the President of Russia.
In this chart the Sun's very strong condition is worth noting: he is in own sign, in own triplicity, in the tenth house, hayz is. He obviously is Dominus Geniturae, that is the strongest planet of the chart. Being the ruler of the tenth house and being in the tenth house, it obviously represents in this chart the Supreme governor - Yeltsin. This Yeltsin's deed obviously should cause (and has caused) a tempest of indignation by the Opposition, but it is possible to consider this as a testimony of the wider conflict: fight for power in election of the new President, because it was the main in Yeltsin's declaration. The Saturn is obviously weaker than the Sun, because Saturn is peregrine and is located on the cusp of VIII-th house; that is the victory in this conflict should be on the party of the Sun, and from this point of view the moment is chosen successfully.
On 9-th of August it seemed impossible, that Putin could win the election, he had zero level of popularity. But in two months he has become the most popular political figure in Russia. It was meteoric rise to the top of popularity. And in March 2000 Putin won the election unconditionally and became the President of Russia. What can better prove effectiveness of the astrology?!
