Table of Oblique and Right Ascensions

Here you can generate tables of right and oblique ascensions for any year and any geographical latitude. These tables allow to use Lilly style primary directions of Ascendant and Medium Coeli, i.e. Regiomontanian in zodiaco without latitude (see Lilly's Christian Astrology, 1647, pp. 708-715; only directions of Ascendant and Medium Coeli!), as also to fulfil Lilly style rectification (see his Christian Astrology, 1647, pp. 507-519). Moreover, it allows to calculate directions of Ascendant in terms, as it described by Bonatti in second tractate, chapter XVI and in tenth tractate, chapter VI of his Liber astronomiae, as well as to find out a divisor (algebuter in Arabic, zamoktar in Persian) - the most important chronocrator.

How to use Input the year and the geographical latitude of the chart and press generate. After this, you get the table of oblique and right ascensions for every 10 minutes of Zodiac. This precision is determinate by tables largeness and time of page downloading.
Under the table you can find the special tool for converting arc of direction into age and vice versa with Ptolemy', Naibod' and Cardan' keys.

Warning The table generator has no protection against absurd input data. Don't input latitude exceeding 66 degrees - the generator is not working across the polar circles.

Here you can generate tables of right and oblique ascensions of the most important fixed stars for any year and any geographical latitude. The word unfeasible in table of oblique ascensions means that direction to this fixed star is impossible (except direction of Medium Coeli). You can read about directions to fixed stars in the article.
