The Writer’s Astrological Almanac
by Kathy Watts
March 13 th- 25th times are Pacific Daylight Time
Sun Mar 13 the Moon enters the sign Gemini at 2:03 pm. Make the most of the time from now until next Tuesday afternoon to write, read, communicate, and create ways of expressing what matters to you. Work fast, too!
Tue Mar 15 the Moon leaves Gemini and enters Cancer at 5:57 pm. Get a lot done? Enjoy a good supper, regardless.
Wed Mar 16 the Moon is in Cancer all day. If you work at home, you can get a lot done (though you may need a lot of snacks to see you through). The Moon trines Venus at 2:44 am (sweet dreams!), and trines Neptune at 12:09 pm. (all times are PDT)
Sun Sep 06 the Moon is still in Gemini when Venus goes stationary direct in Leo. Heads Up. The world won’t instantly return to its previous splendor, but you’ll feel the difference in your heart. The Moon leaves Gemini and enters Cancer at 10:40 am. Did you get much done? (continue reading…)
An intense year has come to an intense end. Absorb some of that power and draw on it in the year to come (not that next year lacks intensity). A Full Moon in Cancer is bright, high in the sky for many, many hours. Embrace your personality for what it is, for what and who you are. There is only one you, however flawed or perfect. There will never be another one. You’re it! Share your perspective with the world, throughout time and space. Write like you mean it, because if you don’t, well, what do you mean? Commit yourself to the cause that is yourself, and then get out of your own way.
Have a fantastic month, and a stunningly progressive and productive year to come! Start strong, and finish stronger. Heads Up!
The last month of the year starts off with some great gifts for writers. (continue reading…)
